Hi, my dad, my sis and me have bought a flat 3 years ago. Now my sis is going to get married and want to withdraw her name. For our purchase we got a loan from bank. So, can you advise us the procedure for this? And also we would like to add in my husband name as well. We are SPRs. Not sure about the procedures. Thank you.
