Hi Mike Lim From ERA,
I understand the new launch EC likely to be ready in 3 to 4 yrs,by then 30 mths should not be a problem.The only thing I need to do is to sell my Hdb apartment. Is this correct?

If my memory does not fail me, at the point of signing the S&P, you must have already fulfilled the 30 months debarment.
