Hi, just wondering in such a scenario, as a buyer if i enquire with the seller agent and after the first viewing i get pissed off with the agent for a variety of reasons (late for 10mins, din inform till i msg her and yet had the cheek to say i was early n din apologise, stood there witgout realising i was the buyer who contacted her, in the end me n my wife went into the house ourselves and did our own viewing while she continued to stand outside for god knows what reason, and ended the viewing by looking into her phone and asking me for ny number when i had alr sms her to begin with.. she then did a oops i dont have ur number, i deleted ur sms thread... how dare u when i had nt even deleted u..)

So if i am genuinely interested in the ppty, and she is nt an exclusive agent and the other agents are not her team members, is it legally wrong for me to contact the other agents to arrange a 2nd viewing and proceed to close the deal from there..

Hi, of course you can bypass her in this case. Since this agent is not the exclusive and there are others marketing this unit as well. By the way, could I know is this a private property that you are referring to? If it is, then perhaps I could assist you further by representing you and no commission is involve on your part.
