Hi Thomas,

For private property such as condo, there is no MOP to be met. You can rent it out or sell it immediately after purchase.

However, for Executive Condo (EC) purchase from Developers, you need to physically occupy it for 5 years before you can or sell it out.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Hi Thomas, for private condo, there is no MOP period before you decide to rent it out unless it is an EC. As for selling wise, you may like to check whether has your condo unit gone past a four years period so as to not incur seller stamp duty. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

As per your question , you can rent out your condo anytime after you collect key of your condo .

You can sell your condo anytime but preferably after 4 years from purchase to avoid taxes SSD sellers stamp duty .
