Hi. Is there any way I can sell my HDB flat if the minimum occupation period is not up as I would like to buy a private property to live in instead?

Evening J,

If you intend to write in to HDB for an appeal, with reasons stating that you wanna sell off your HDB, prior to MOP, coz you want to upgrade to private property, there's definitely no way you will get things through.

Hi Catherine, at what price do I "return" the flat to HDB and what are some of the conditions that I need to fulfill before I can return the flat to HDB?
