Hi,
I'm living in HDB and like to buy a condo. The reason is mainly for investment and renting. My budget is around 600k. Need to know more about the first step. Can anyone help?.

Hi Rajan,
First step. Can I know how long have u purchase the hdb?
For a 2nd property, you are only entitled to 70% loan from Bank.
You may like to find out from the banker how your loan amount.
