Hi, I'm interested to become property agent but still confuse between property agent as profession or property agent as free service man. Realize that property agent have to beg to the owner or tenant to get commission, why there is no such rule from government / CEA whoever transaction either buy/sell/rent must engage property agent? Is this profession? Why have to beg to owner/tenant to get agent commission? Is worth it to become property agent? Because any service provided should have agent fee, isn't it? Thank you.
