Hi, I'm interested in being a property agent for Huttons. Would like to know the fees involved in joining and them. Based on my understanding, whether you succeed in real estate industry as a newbie depends a lot on the mentor. However, how would i know if I've chosen the right mentor or joining the right team? Thanks.

I do not know the reasons why you choose to join Huttons but you may consider joining me in CBRE, which is a Fortune 500 consultancy firm.

In CBRE, you get to enjoy doing high-end projects as well as resale which my partner and I are strong in.

You are absolutely right to understand you need a good mentor in order to succeed in this industry. You may wish to hear me out before deciding your future.
