Hi,

I'm feeling rather confuse now as im holding a full time job with a monthly salary above $4k, not sure whether to give up and become a full time agent so i would have more time for my daughter. I believe that a good/approachable mentor (a one to one guidance on procedure etc)is important in order for me to succeed in this industry. If he/she is already forming a big team or someone high up, chances are they would have no time for guidance. Please advise what should i do to ensure no regret.
