Hi, im currently under the category of 'homeless' citizen. HDB not willing to gv me loan. Not eligible for bank loan. Combined CPF with wife is 207k. This exclude the half grant my wife eligible for 15k. if she include her mum is 20k. Im looking for a 3 rooms flat in Yishun or W'lands. Prblm is I have no cash in hand. Any agent handling sellers who is willing to allow buyer to pay COV by monthly instalment? I am a working adult. Wife unemployed and have 2 kids age 7mths and 17 years old. Currently putting up at friend's place still i need a place on my own. I have ask around but negative answer received. Really urgent to look for 3 rm flat. Please help.
