Hi, I'm currently in private sector working as an engineer (semiconductor company). I'm considering to take up RES course in order to work as a part-time property agent. I was told that, as a part-time property agent, I need to produce consent letter from my current employer before one is allowed to register as a property agent, is this true? And, I do not own a car (I have driving license though), so is this considered to be a major obstacle for being a property agent, especially on part-time basis?
