Hi, I'm considering a unit at 1300++ sq feet (3 bedrooms) at below 1 million. I saw that it's possible to still that Dover Parkview at 600+psf according to the feb 2011 transaction at the URA website. Pls let me know if there's such a unit for sale.

I'm ok with lower floor unit but not ground floor unit. Thanks
