HI, Im an interior designer/architect and looking for new work opportunities. I believe that my background and training allow me to add value to potential clients looking to purchase/sell property. I also have friend and family contacts from overseas(Australia and philippines in particular) that always ask me how to invest in Singapore Property. I see this as an opportunity for me to help them and explore a new career.
Where do I begin? I know I need to sit an exam, but is it better to join and agency and do they help you with the certification process? Is there a basic salary or agents just work on commissions?
