Asked by
Hi, I'm actually considering taking up a property license as I have just registered for the WPLN Course (due to not having olevel).

I was wondering in order to get the license if all goes well, will low credit bureau rating affect the chances of getting the license? I am not undischarged bankrupt nor do I have any scheme of arrangement with creditors.

Hope to get an answer from the seniors here!

Hi, welcome to visit my website for comprehensive info on how to be a property agent:

With regards to your doubt, I strongly urge you to write to CEA, go to CEA website under feedback and write to them to enquire:
www.cea.gov.sg
Its better to get clearance from CEA before you pursue further because CEA is the RES license approval body, else all you time spent preparing for the exams and subsequently passed them, will be wasted.
Please feel free to drop me a mail if u need any clarification.
Look forward to hear from you.
