Hi, i'm a new graduate taking RES now.
I have few questions for experience member.
1. Can a property agent himself rent a whole HDB unit under his name directly from the landlord? Or do he require the assistance from other agent?
2. Even after completing the course, do property agent still have to retake the course from time to time? And if sales performance is bad for long time, will the agent lose his license?
3. Is it a must for an agent to join a team once he has joined a company?
