Hi, I would like to know if I can purchase HDB flat with my brother (we have just started working). Our parents have previously bought and sold a HDB flat. We do not currently own any property. If I purchase a flat with my brother (without using our parents' CPF), can we be considered first-time applicants? Are we eligible to buy both BTO and resale flats? Thanks for your help.
