Hi, I would like to know - 1.) what are the current rate of room rental (common rooms), in sembawang area with the following clause: - Room rental only. No Aircon. No cooking. - Got Aircon, no cooking. 2.) If I rent with 'Got Aircon'... how do we split the bills if the pub turns out to be excessively high? 3.) What is the difference between subletting room x 2 and subletting 2 + 1? Thanks!
