Hi, I would like to become a property agent. How do I go about it? How much is the RES Exam and how much do I have to pay to join the Realty.

Evening Makiko,
Firstly, you will need at least 4 credits in your 'O' level before you are eligible to take the RES course. The course fee is around $900, excluding the exam paper of around $250. Upon clearing the RES exam, you can then start to consider on which sector you are interested in. Residential, Commercial, Industrial. Sales or rental.
Choosing the right agency along with right mentor is the key to possible success. Hardwork, diligent and some luck will bring you to higher ground.
