Firstly, you will need at least 4 credits in your 'O' level before you are eligible to take the RES course. The course fee is around $900, excluding the exam paper of around $250. Upon clearing the RES exam, you can then start to consider on which sector you are interested in. Residential, Commercial, Industrial. Sales or rental.
