Hi, I would like to ask, the times are bad now, should I as a newbie join as property agent now or wait for a while for economy to pick up? Becos newbies like us will have a hard time in our 1st year, now with bad economy shouldn't it be even harder for us? Working hard does not guarantee success, I feel.
