Hi, i would like to ask gurus here if there is a possibilty that a property that is sold but a cavaet is not lodged and sale price is not shown on website? My neighbour have just sold her house and i would like to know the price she sold so as to make a decision whether to sell mine too. Thank you for the kind advice.

Hi wendy,

In URA website you will only see transcated price which unit will not be mention. i have ways to check which unit is transcated for which price. If the lawyers have lodged the cavaet only then it will be reflected on the website. Do call me if you are interested to let go of your unit.
