Hi,

I would like explore being a real estate property agent but only on a part-time basis since I still do not mind doing my full-time job. I would like to know:

1) How each agency operates and who to apply to, as there appears to be no application direct to each agency.
2) Are there any career seminars that I may attend to find out more ?
3) Estimated costs of being an agent per year (ie annual fees, purchase of materials, training etc.)?
