Hi, i would be interested to invest in commercial below 1 mil. any suggestion on the location with good rental yield/en bloc potential ? How much cash would i need except for the downpayment? Can you tell me roughly the loan rate for commercial now ? Thanks.

Hi,

would u like to consider buying direct from developer? If yes, u may want to consider RV Point as it is FH and there is potential for capital appreciation.
