i wish to enquire on the below
1. if i intend to sell my hdb and buy a condo in the same time, possible to use the money i gain from my hdb sales to downpay for the condo ?
2. how long will it take to complete the HDB sales completely.
3. for condo , how is the payment in term of first deposit and sequence monthly payment etc... if it is a new launch
4. in a few months time my hdb will be 5 years soon which i will be eligible buy a condo after that, do i need to wait till the 5 year dateline before i can put a deposit for a condo unit ?
