hi i will like to know what else do i need to pay besides COV for resale flats. i am looking for a 2 rm resale flat. my cpf,grant and hdb loan only adds to 215k. available cash is only 40k. is it enough?

Afternoon,
There are a few units in Bedok and Telok Blangah area going at $260k. Since you are taking HDB loan, your major cash component goes to COV. The current problem is that the valuation of those units are around $240k, hence you are short of some cash. This would exclude the legal and stamp fee.
