Hi, I will be taking the RES exam in January and am looking to be a property agent full time after passing the exam. I have spoken to some friends and relatives. All have mixed views on whether I should focus on new launches or resale properties. Any advice on this? Also, which of the property agent firm is considered the best in term of coaching and ensuring that the agents succeed? Thanks - S
