Hi, i understand that in order for one to do property sale in Singapore, he or she need to be licensed with a CEHA or CES. My question is, if i was graduated from Singapore Poly with a Diploma in Building Property, is there such thing like using my diploma to convert into getting the license? or if there is any exemption?
