Hi, I (singaporean) recently bought an HDB flat (feb 2014) and listed my wife (foreigner) and my parents (foreigner) as occupiers. However, i recently got laid off from my work and have considered going to Australia to work since i'm a PR there. Questions: 1. If my parents will continue to stay in the HDB flat while my wife and I will be moving to Australia. Can i rent out the other rooms? 2. If i rent out the other rooms, does that still count to my MOP? given my parents are staying in the flat. 3. What are my other options? Thank you
