Hi i sign a contract with my agent for sale of flat with a validity period of 5 months and with a COV of 50K, but my agent managed to secure a sale of much less than the contractual COV. Can i claim for less payment made to him because of this ?

Morning,

The exclusive form does not state that your salesperson must close your unit at a specific asking price and you have to agree with the selling price prior to signing of the OTP. If you want to stick to closing at your initial asking price, you can reject the offer and ask your salesperson to continue his work.

If the seller has agreed to accept the purchased price, then the agent should be paid the agreed service fee or commission percentage.
