Hi i refer to te question asked by mathew john on jun 19th.
I'm also in a similar situation,staying in a common room and used to enjoy facilities like aircon,washing m/c and fridge.later the cunning owner decided to withdraw stating that he said it verbally,and since its not specifically mentioned ,i cannot give.The agent whom i paid the fees,is also supporting the owner and is refusing to come and settle the issue.
I WOULD LIKE TO ASK WHETER IS IT MY RIGHT TO MAKE THE AGENT COME TO THE HOUSE BEFORE I LEAVE THE HOUSE AND TALK ON THE ISSUE,BECAUSE NOW THE OWNER SAYS HE WONT EVEN PAY ME MY 1 MONTH ADVANCE.. AND SAYS U R A PR/FOREIGNER ,U CANNOT DO MUCH THING AND EVERYONE WILL ONLY SUPPORT THE OWNER. PLEASE HELP ME
