I passed RES last year and is now under an agency, my manager want me to start off by getting a guru account and post listings that he has exclusive to get direct tenants and buyers. However after repeated postings, i realised that all i am getting are agents trying to cobroke, the chances of getting a direct tenant or buyers are very low, is this the only way to get leads. Please advise
