Hi, I own a condo which was sold recently and the sale transaction is being executed by the lawyers but not finalised yet. Expected to complete the sale by end March. I have no other property to my name. I intend to buy another property soon. How does this affect me? In terms of downpayment or obtaining a mortgage? Thank you.
