Hi. I just purchased a resale flat and noticed that the seller has placed a partition wall in the middle of the living area which I intend to remove. The sellers have claimed that it was not fixed to the ground or the wall so we tried to confirm by lifting it and realised it is heavy but can be lifted and shifted from its position. May I know if this partition is considered a fitting or a fixture? And should it be the responsibility of the seller or buyer to remove? Thanks in advance
