I have selected a 2 RM BTO flat (and paid $500 option fees) as sole occupier for the flat but yet to sign the lease contract. Now I sort of considering buying a resale flat from the Market.
What are the penalties if I cancel the flat booking besides the forfeited option fee of $500? TIA.
