I have just gotten my hle and there is a unit that im interested in and negotiating right now. On top of my hle, i will be topping up cash for the purchase. Problem is, i have just resigned from my job and awaiting for a new job hopefully soon. Will it affect my application for the unit? Will hdb ask for payslips and what if its from a different employer?? Or maybe i cant produce one cuz i have just started with the company or havent found a job yet? Will my application and deposit for the house be cancelled and forfeited? Do i have to apply for a new hle then?? I really need a place to stay at the soonest as i am now currently staying at my mum's and theres too many ppl in one household. Can i just go ahead with the purchase now?? Help!!
