According to 3rd qtr statistics released by HDB, the median rent for executive flats in sengkang is $2,100.

Based on current market conditions, the asking price is anywhere from $2k to $2.8 solely depending on many factors such as location, condition, furnished or not etc....

I've successfully rented out EA unit in Sengkang this year at $2.1K (lock one room cos owner needs 1 room although it's approved unit) within a short time... since u are renting out the whole unit, it should fetch more than that.
