HI, I have a resale 5 room HDB since 2006 and currently still under servicing bank loan, We would like to get an EC. We may sell off current flat. We only have 5% downpayment, Can we apply for a briging loan for the other 15% downpayment? or alternative solution ? When need to pay the 15% downpayment after paid the 5% booking fee?
