Hi,

I have a question regarding rental of HDB unit. In the event if i am getting my keys for my new HDB flat and happen that i am also currently employ for 3 years oversseas assigment, would i be able to apply with HDB to allow me to lease out the whole unit? If they agree, what is the rental price for Pungol areas and will i need to pay levy of the annual rental to HDB or IRAS? How is the levy being compute?
