I have a few questions regarding HDBs. Singaporeans are allowed to buy new HDB 2 times, take HDB loan 2 times and CPF grant 1 time?
So if i bought a new HDB without HDB loan, my next new HDB property and subsequent resale HDB property can apply for HDB loan? And I can use CPF grant for either resale of brand new HDB, regardless just once?

If owner=1st level, tenant=2nd level, subtenant=3rd level in a hierarchy, renting is between 1st and 2nd level, subletting is between 2nd and 3rd level relationship? If so, why in articles, it states PR owners are not allowed to sublet whole unit? Isn't this a 1st and 2nd level relationship which is rental and not subletting?
