Hi, I had actually called CES to check on my qualification and was told that my Diploma is qualified to be an agent. I would just need to join any agency and request them to submit my Diploma cert.
My question is: do i still need to pay the property agency a fee to take up their agency course? 2 Yrs ago, Last heard that we need to pay upfront about $800 and will be reimburse if we could close case within 1 or 3 mths.
