Hi, I got a question. I'm buying a ec now n after deducting the 15% downpayment using CPf I am only left with 7k in my CPf account which is not sufficient to pay the stamp duties fees of 15k. So can I pay with 7k CPf n 8k cash? Or if I straight pay 15k cash 1st,will CPf reimburse me the 7k back later on?tks
