Hi, I first entered the property industry in 2008 (without any certification) and have loved it since then. Sadly I left in 2009 due to financial issues (I had no capital or savings). I was also focused on serving tenants and buyers instead of prospecting for listings. Fast forward to 2013, I'm still thinking of returning to property but I still have no savings and my family size has grown. However, I have no qualms cold calling or door knocking to prospect the cold market. Wished I had known all these prospecting methods back in 2008. Would anyone know of any agency that backs up their agents financially or has a team-effort structure where commission is shared? Thanks everyone!
