May I offer you an alternative for you and your husband to explore. As long as both of you are comfortable and within your means, you may consider buying a one or two bedder private property in your husband name only. In that way your husband would not attract the additional buyer stamp duty. If right property selection, property value would appreciate. You may call me to explore this alternative if viable.
