Hi,
I bought a HDB 5roon resale in 2010 with a stay near parents grant of 40,000.

I intend to now sell my house and buy a new bto/song/resale.

Besides paying back the grant with interest to cpf, do I have to pay the resale levy? Or any other levies/fees?
