i be getting my BTO unit in punggol 21 soon, i would like to seek some advice.
- after deduction of my balance CPF, my HDB loan would be 240k, based on calculation:
2.6% x 30yr x 240 = 427.2k
427.2k/30/12 = 1187
is this correct?
- i will be leaving singapore in due future to malaysia along with my partner but we will come back once or twice a month.
- for such, am i allow to rent my balance 2 rooms?
i did a check with HDB, the MOP only restrict to full unit rental whileas i will still return to singapore.
This is legal?
i hope to use the rental to fund the loan installment during this period while we are venturing oversea.
