Hi, I back-tracked some pages but don't seem to find a definite answer so I would like to seek confirmation from the gurus please.

For rental, what is the current commission charges? I understand there is no guildline, but how about the usual practice?

The last I heard is for tenant, 1 month for a year lease and 2 months for 2 years lease, correct?

Then, how about for landlord? The same applies? I need to know please.

Hi Cassy,

Market practice is 1 year lease is half a month comms/professional fees plus GST. And a month comms/professional fees plus GST for 2 years lease..

Same for landlord. Right now cant be dual representations unless...
