You would definitely be eligible for a job (as a local or PR) as a property agent as long as you have a zest for it.

Do note that should you decide to embark yourself in this line, the only, and probably the best possible way to succeed as a course of an agent is to be full time on it rather than working part time as not to risk customer's satisfaction; a good way to show case your profession too.
