I am SPR currently looking to purchase a HDB, need advise on the following matter.

1. understand that only can go for bank loan, when should I get the bank loan? after sign OTP? will the bank confirm giving me 80% loan?

2. how is the schedule of the payment for purchasing a HDB using bank loan? like the 20% of down payment, COV, etc.
