Hi,
I am SPR and planning to buy 3-room HDB unit with budget of SGD 400K-450K.
In reference with new rules declared on Aug 2010, i would like to know if parents would like to give their property as a gift or distribute in their Kids, do HDB resale buyers allowed to own these properties which has been gifted by parents?
