Hi. I am seriously looking for something to buy. For investment or own stay also can.

Any fire sale nowadays? I was recommended to buy a tenanted Arte unit at $1090 psf only (wow!) but unfortunately the quantum was too high for me.

If you feel you have something like this, feel free to let me know. My budget is max $1.2m. Prefer CCR or RCR regions. D15 is also fine.

I have just helped my client found a place tenanted with good rental yield around Sophia / Wilkie Road (located at the back of Plaza Singapura) with the amount close to your budget. If you are interested I can show you around the place.

I am also doing the next most exciting new launch project, Spottiswoode 18. The quantum for this project is very affordable and the best thing is this is a Freehold development, located at the fringe of Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD). This project has excellent upside potential when Tanjong Pagar Railway (KTM) station relocates in mid 2011 in which the existing building will be conserved as the centerpiece of a whole new development.
