Hi.. I am selling my 5 room unit HDB(126sqm)@yishun. Very close to MRT, just 2min walking distance. High floor, lift floor.The unit is at corner, face north and south. Just renovated, 40K renovation,all in good condition.
HAVE 4 BEDROOM, and each room is larger than 12 sqm!! in master bedroom even have a walk-in fitting room or store room (5 sqm).We are looking at selling it at 420K. Interested agents or direct buyers may contact me (owner). Thks..
